• Took leadership of the graphics team in support of the Contracted Flying Training and Support (CFTS) project for the Canadian Air Force. At various phases of this project, this included supervision of up to five graphic artists. Responsibilities included meeting and managing deadlines; ensuring project and source files were accounted for and maintained in the appropriate locations; creating project standards and procedures; and coordinating the efforts of artists in multiple offices in an effort to complete multiple phases of the CFTS project simultaneously.
